Hey everyone. I just recently purchased a wireless headset, Hyperx Cloud II, and everything was working perfect with Teams/Computer on Friday, but now having major issues today.
Sometimes when I join a call, I can hear everyone, but they can't hear me; then I'll rejoin, they can hear me, but I can't hear them.
By all intents and purposes, EVERYTHING is configured how it should be. I called my Help Desk and they are remotely doing everything I've already done.
I've even updated Teams and also we hard reset my computer. Nothing.
I tried to update the firmware for my headset, but I'm getting a Device Not Found error. I've tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling, trying multiple ports, and nothing.
I'm literally about to tear my hair out.
