I recently received a new dongle for my Cloud Alpha Wireless headset from you guys (Thank you again XD) but I can't get either the dongle or headset to enter pairing mode. I've done every step and neither device even behaves remotely the way these manuals are suggesting they should. The headset powers on but if I keep holding the button nothing happens. If I hold a pin in the small pinhole on the dongle nothing happens. I really need help with this please. Preferably someone who has actually done this once so that I know it's possible.
