Hyper V network glitch

I have a bizzare problem. I have Server 2016 running 2 Hyper V windows 10 machines. PC1 has no problems and works flawlessly. PC2, after 1 remote session or local console. Drops off the network card and will not reconnect until I reset the machine. No errors in even viewer on either the server or the machine. I removed the Hyper V role and re-added. I updated the network drivers and network card firmware. No luck. It's a Broadcom netextreme network card and I'm certain it's something with the NIC. Anyone else ever deal with this and have a solution?
