Macromastia, or "breast hypertrophy", is a feminine medical condition characterized by rapid, extreme, or long lasting growth in one's breasts. This condition affects many women, and I do not want to downplay the at times serious ramifications it can have on the medical health and lifestyles of women dealing with it. However, in spite of the obvious problems this can entail, I find the image and lives of women with this condition so alluring, fascinating, and arousing.

Too much of a good thing indeed, but that's what makes it so exotic. Truly an image of exaggerated femininity taken to its extreme, and that's an impressive feat that few can claim to have achieved, even though they likely had no say in the matter itself. God, or whatever higher being out there, just decided that you should carry these great burdens as a symbol of what the female form is capable of, and I think that's incredible, respectable, and so, so hot. The strained shirts, the broken bras, the jiggling incomparable with most other women, as well as often seeing very intensified effects if a woman with this condition becomes pregnant. It's an absolute miracle of nature that I dream about bringing into my bedroom one day.
