Air pump with splitter only going through one hose.

Iām new to hydroponics so excuse my question if it is too novice. I have an air pump that has a four way splitter. Iām noticing that only the first hose has bubbles coming out and the other three pump weakly or not at all. Do I need a better pump or am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks.
