New Hydroponics grower. Growing lettuce and I’m seeing some small brown edges.

Howdy! Looking for advice for my hydroponics setup. I started lettuce and I’ve had no issues up until now. I’m starting to see some outer lettuce tips browning.

Humidity: 32%
Light is approx 6” above lettuce
Nutrients: DYNA-GRO GROW 7-9-5
No root rot to be seen
