Just need a little advice

So, I'm currently getting my first set up going and I want to use the most blank water that I can, but I can't afford an RO system. What store bought water is recommended for my needs? I also need some quality budget pH, and EC pen recommendations to get me through until I can afford some bluelab sensors. Please and thank you everyone.
