what clothes should I pack for my hospital stay?

I'm preparing for the inevitability of a surgery and I just would like advice on what I should pack to remain as comfy as possible. Odds are I will be spending a majority of my time in the hospital alone as I don't have much family around and that are able to leave the house. Of course activity suggestions are welcome as well.
