Evian

I believe that every bottled water is different and they all have a unique taste/mouthfeel. While living in China one of the bottled waters I grew to appreciate was Evian.
I noticed that it has a a uniquely thick feeling and it also has almost no taste which I think is perfection.
What is it that gives Evian it’s characteristics? I’m looking to get a new water filtration system because the agua in Chicagoland does not taste that great.
