This is my weekly shedule. What do yall think?
I'm 5'11 34 years old Current weight 195 Bmi is around 28% I'm upping my protein to 185 grams daily
Monday: push/ treadmill 15 mins/ 15k mountain range (hiking/running) Tuesday: pull/ stairmaster 15 mins/ 7k mountain range (hiking/running) Wednesday: legs / light cardio Thursday: upper/ 15k mountain range (hiking running) Friday: lower /light cardio Saturday: 15k mountain range (hiking running) Sunday: inline skating at the beach for a "rest day"
Edit: im training for a 60k in January.
