Start as either Cain, or The Keeper, depending on if you want this easier, or more difficult.

The Items to start with: Key Piece 1 & 2, There's Options, More Options, Car Battery, & 9-Volt.

Active Item: Crooked Penny.

The Goal: Mega Satan (Or Delirium if Void spawns after Mega Satan kill, if you're feeling cocky.)

The Challenge Parameters: All Upgrade Items that are encountered (Shops, Item Rooms, Secret Rooms, Beggar Item Drops, Arcade Drops, Blood Bank Drops, Boss Drops, Devil Deals, Angel Room Items & Chest Drops) MUST be Rolled with Crooked Penny, and can ONLY be collected if they are successfully duplicated using Crooked Penny. Upgrade Items that are not successfully duplicated using Crooked Penny CAN NOT be collected.

All common pick-ups such as Coins, Bombs, Keys, and Health can be picked up freely without Gambling them.

Also, fun bonus parameter that is completely optional: Add The Battery to the Mix, and ONLY COLLECT successful double Gamble Rolls.
