Start as Cain with Coupon, Proptosis, Soy Milk, Boom!, Ouija Board, Mom's Perfume, Mom's Purse, Mom's Key, Camo-Undies, and the Paperclip Trinket. Your objective is to silently skulk your way through the cathedral, and kill ISAAC. Rules are you CAN'T TAKE SOUL HEARTS, just black and red, and you may not have ANY MORE THAN 6 HEARTS of any kind at one time. You are ONLY ALLOWED to pick up items that you "steal" from shops/devil rooms/black markets with the Coupon. (Yes, Mom's Knife is allowed) You are also ALLOWED items you find in chests and secret/super secret rooms, but ALL ORBITALS AND FAMILIARS ARE BANNED. You should mostly be trying to stealthily stab minor enemies to try and keep your camo, but if you do need to, you can use your tears. If you stay in camo mode, you are ALLOWED to BOMB THROUGH DOORS. Have fun stabbing some things!
