Start as Cain on the HARD HARD seed with Dead Onion, Number One, Eve's Mascara, Backstabber, The Paper Clip Trinket, Mom's Purse, Mom's Perfume, Mom's Key, and Camo Undies. You are not allowed to take soul hearts, only black and red hearts, and may not have more than 6 hearts in total, black or red. You aren't allowed flight, bomb immunity, or any familiars that shoot projectiles. Devil, Angel, and Shop Items are banned. Easy mode: Add "My Best Freind" and/or "Mom's Knife", Hard mode: Start Blindfolded, using just the butt knife.
