Simple and short. Start as Kain, give yourself School Bag, Gashmeeltafeesh (Smelter), Mom's Box, Belly Button, and Crack Jacks. There's only a few rules. 1: Pick up every trinket you find, no exceptions. 2: You must use Mom's Box every time it's charged up, (as well as the Shmeelter to add the aquired trinkets to yourself) 3: You can only pick up items and pickups you find in chests of any kind. You're goal is to make it to the boss rush and beat my high score of 23 trinkets shmeelted. Then try and beat the one you just set. Goal is also to have fun. Do that above all costs.
