You are a follower, seeking true enlightenment in the hands of your god. Begin as Isaac with the D6, blindfold yourself as to make you see no evil. Bring along a "Sharp Plug", a "Censer", "The Relic", and your "Fate's Reward". See to it that these are guarded by the "King Baby". You're ultimate goal is to ascend to the heavens, become "Serephim" and defeat Mega-Satan to do this. You honor the commandments, which are written here: 1: Thou shalt not make deals with the devil, nor will you open any red chests. 2: Thou shalt not take items that bring bloodshed (increase damage, deal damage, ect) and any item that has visible blood on it or dark/demonic in nature shall not even be touched. Items gifted by angel deals do not apply to this rule. 3: Any item that is wreathed in blood or darkness (except for devil deals) must be cleansed (re-rolled) until it is sanctified before leaving the floor. Items that bring bloodshed (damage) count as "sanctified as long as you don't take them. Use the sharp plug if you run out of charges. 4: No pills shall be downed, nor any black hearts shall be taken. 5: You must leave each floor with 0 coins.
