I spoke to customer support and the guy sadly only kept saying things along the lines of, "Sadly, your subscription was cancelled. All you have to do is manually renew it".
I kept trying to ask why did it happen? I had the money in the card and my subscription got cancelled a week after my payment date so I thought it went through.
Then the guy said again that my subscription was cancelled and I need to manually renew it. Purposely dodging my question, lol.
I asked again, and he said maybe something is wrong with my card... I don't understand lol, my bank never notified me of anything. What could be the issue?
Do I wait and ask again in support later to hopefully get someone else? I just want to figure out why this happened so I don't have to do this every month lol...
