My husband and I have been going to our neighbors house for a Halloween costume party ever since we moved in to our house 7 years ago. These people really know how to party and Halloween is their bash of all bashes! We're in our late 40s,almost 50 in a few months for hubby, and the fun neighbors are about 10 years older than us but they act like they are in their 20's... Hahaha Their 2 children are all grown and out of state, and my husband and I have never had kids so we get along with them better than the other neighbors that are still raising kids of various ages. Anyway, last Thursday afternoon, Halloween, day of the party, I got a text from my husband with a link to Amazon and the message read, "check out front and see if I have a package from Amazon out there and double check the tracking number attached if it's not there yet, please. " No package and the tracking number showed it was delayed and should arrive tomorrow morning before 8am. I texted him back with the update and he said Fuck!, that is my costume for the party!!!! He was already driving home and he walked in and was pissed and said he didn't know what to wear for the party now. I was trying to think of something around the house that we could make into a costume for him, but nothing came to mind.... And everyone at these parties go all out with costumes, so a bed sheet ghost wasn't gonna cut it. He went to take a shower and I was starting to put on my costume and makeup (the obligatory slutty latex dominatrix outfit and all the accessories, of course hahaha!) He came out of the shower and saw me and said, "got any more outfits like that I could wear tonight???!
