Any open low cost Dentists (no insurance) in the area?

Through a mistake in my on boarding I don't have insurance at the moment, and I had a procedure where they drilled a hole through a cap but they put a temp filling in the hole that has since fallen out. Open enrollment isn't for another 4 months and I don't want to worry about an infection. Any advise appreciated.
