Well, well, well...if it isn't the prediction that I talked about two years ago, almost to the day! More apartments, upscale/pricey included, would increase general supply and bring down the cost of apartments and rent across Huntsville in general. This whole push for "affordable housing" is a numbers game... Increase the number of apartments in Huntsville as a whole and the market will correct itself and create the affordable housing supply that is in demand.
Now to push hard to save our neighborhoods from the devesrment monster that the city council and planning department have no intention on stopping and spread awareness like wildfire if I can. -_-
