Lukewarm Take: I think this game should have been set in the late 80's/early 90's, not modern times.

Having everyone be generic modern PMCs is super sterile and clashes with the uber-campy objectives and voice lines. I get that you guys wanted to have computers and modern tech, but you can already do that with something set in a period closer to Predator. And it's not like you'd have to skimp on gun customization and selection, as most of the guns in the game already are just modernized versions of guns from the 80's/early 90's.
