Let my brother borrow my rifle for the end of season last year got it back today with rust

For anybody who doesn’t know, rust like this cleans off super easy with 0000 steel wool and some oil. Won’t damage the finish either.

Looks like steel wool with fancy marketing that I have to order online vs getting a pack that’ll last me years at my local hardware store for $5.
