How long do you think it would take for Kurapika to revitalize his people's culture?

Since there has never been a point in human history where an entire ethnic group was successfully wiped off from the face of the earth and only one of their members survived, it might be a difficult thing for us to make strong predictions about, but I assume it would take 50 years at minimum.
