Soo,i was thinking about that randomly. What if the star and the teardrop show that hisoka is sadistic?Lets say the star is the "Happy part of life" and the teardrop is the "Sad Part".Every person has diffrent view of what is to be happy, also everyone has diffrent views on what is the sad part. But in this case Hisoka's view is something in the middle.Hisoka's pleasure is the end result of the fight he is in,his greatest pleasure is when he wins and knows all the motivation, family and potential of this person he won againts is in his palm of hand and he can play with it(i guess).I think for hisoka's "happy part"of life is that pleasure he gets. After all Hisoka is pretty selfish, keep that in mind the teardrop may show that he is getting pleasure from the sad part of life.He murders and hurts whoever he wants and he basically brings the "sad part"of life in those persons lifes he chooses.I think those both Star and Teardrop shows that he gets pleasure from the teardrop and shows it with the star.Random thought ;d.
