Lost track of Hisoka

Hey everyone, I’ve watched the anime a long time ago and I just heard that they might continue it. I have a question though: what happened to Hisoka?? I remember last seeing him on Greed Island but when the Ant thing started I kind of lost track of him. I don’t even know if he ever got to fight Chrollo!! Did I just miss a big part of the anime?
I know that when they release some animes in my country they sometime cut things short so it’s possible I’ve missed it but still.
