Regional blockade - Help!

Hello!
I installed Hunt today and immediately had a problem with region locking (I previously played on PS5 and did not have this problem). I can't select any region (all are blocked and show 0 ms)
I started looking for a solution but all the ways given don't work :/ I even tried vpn but the ping is then terribly high. And on my router I can't find the options that are described in the tutorials.
Are you able to help me? I don't want to give up so easily.
