I'm seeking an artist experienced with semi-realistic art for profile picture icons. Ultimately, I will need about three different icons (one for personal email, one for author-related emails, and a misc.). I am willing to pay $50-$80 per commission (including potential cost for background/extra charges) but will likely only commission once every two weeks to align with my paycheck.

I'm thinking a semi-realistic red panda/bee hybrid for all of them, so you MUST be open (and have references) to drawing anthromorphic (think live-action Alvin and the Chipmunks - humanoid in the face, but with mostly animalistic features) beings.

As far as turnaround goes, I'd prefer no less than two weeks (ideally, the same artist would be commissioning all of these icons). Space between commissions is fine (and to be expected); however, it needs to be as routine as possible.
