Title says what I'm looking for. Honestly the design isn't entirely fleshed out but I have a general idea of what I think the character would look like. It's just a human woman, so I'm not looking for any furry art or anything. I'm also not looking for any chibi/extremely anime styles. Semi-anime should be fine. Depends. Idk.
My budget is totally up for negotiation, but I expect $60 or $70 minimum. No time limit either, so you don't have to rush. All I ask is that you message me every other day at minimum about updates, even if the update is "I haven't gotten any work done but I just wanna say you haven't been forgotten". I've been ghosted by some other artists so... yeah. :(
