I'm hoping to find an anime/manga style artist for an original fanwork with a friend of mine, private use, two characters (no color for the first piece). There is potential for further pieces after the initial one. My budget is between $100-150 USD, negotiable for the right artist. I only pay with buyer/seller protection, such as Paypal Business. I provide all references, poses and details up front in a Google Drive once I select.
