advice on longer fasts?

i’m new to this and i just made it to my longest fast which was 21 hours. it made me so horny and wet to be hungry and i came so hard my legs were shaking. does anyone have any advice on making a fast last longer or on losing weight? (im chubby but i swear i don’t have an eating disorder) ill keep you all updated as i go if you want.
