Housing in Humboldt?!

Me and a friend are pretty much stuck. We go to university in Humboldt but we're living in and out of our cars and BnB's since school started. We talked to the housing department too who said they cant help, and our last option is to desperately apply for housing and hope something comes up
Im basically asking for advice about what i can do in this situation, or if there are any sharehouses anyone here knows that are up for rent Thank you reddit, you are my last hope!
