My dad passed away seven years ago. I still have his number in my phone and will randomly text it to tell him how much I miss him. I've never gotten a response. This post makes me happy knowing there are people out there who will take the time to respond and help ease the pain even if it's just a little bit. Losing loved ones really sucks...
