Should a stool analysis list ALL dysbiotic flora?
Post Body

Analysis Here (this is a Dropbox link - if you have trouble viewing, let me know!)

My stool analysis (from Doctor's Data) shows I have an overgrowth of geotrichum candidum with a level of " 3" (this is their internal rating system, I'm guessing). My doctor pointed out that this was the highest he's ever encountered on a stool analysis.

If there were any other significant fungi species present in the sample, the lab would have listed them, correct? Geotrichum is the only overgrowth listed so I'm assuming there wasn't any other overgrowth detected.
