How do I fix my Hulu?

When I opened Hulu 3 days ago on my Xbox it took a second then went back to home to say "getting your app ready" and then it would repeat the whole thing over and over! The only way to stop it is restart the Xbox, and when you try to open Hulu again It does the same exact thing. It still does it and I'm not sure how to fix it, please help. Now I've had problems with Hulu prior to this incident, I'd have to open it a few times for it to actually open and for me to watch content, but this now is just not working.

Device: Xbox 1S Service: Hulu? Steps taken: Turned on Xbox, opened Hulu, Hulu won't open.
