Hulu with Live TV Favorites Disappear Randomly

- Device: TCL Roku TV and Roku Premiere 4K
- Service: Hulu with Live TV
- Steps Taken: Uninstall and re-install apps, log out and back into apps
Some mornings the favorite channels option will appear on the left side of the Live guide and then it will be gone after lunch. Other days it stays all day. Seems to be random. This doesn't appear to be an issue on my laptop or any other devices other than Roku devices.
