Anyone else having trouble recording NFL games?

Last week I thought I just forgot to hit record for a game I wanted to watch after work. I 100% hit record on the Monday Night game but it is not in my DVR. Anyone else having this problem? Also, why isn't "Monday Night Football" not the title of the show soni don't have to manually record it every week?
