I hated the new "live" interface on my Roku. I can no longer browse titles easily and it's very difficult to see when there are new episodes of the shows I follow (or how many current episodes are available). I tried to accept the change and hoped I would get used to it. I didn't. It's still horrible.
Now I can't even log in on my Roku. I tried the activation code on my laptop. Then I went through the painstaking process of entering my credentials (ONE LETTER AT A TIME) on the device, only to have it fail. I uninstalled and re-installed the channel and repeated the login attempts. I rebooted my system and repeated the login attempts. Nothing works and I've now wasted 20 minutes of my life.
I almost did an instant ragequit, but am trying Hulu support before I pull the plug. Is anybody else fed up with Hulu?
Update: Got through to Hulu support. They did something to my account on the back end and things work again. Also asked where I should provide feedback about the new interface and they provided me this link: https://www.hulu.com/uservoice. It doesn't seem to be up and running yet, but if enough people say something, maybe they'll make the functionality less frustrating!
Update 2: Correct link is https://hulu.uservoice.com (Hulu support: 0, Reddit: 1)
