Question about recording on Hulu live TV

I am thinking of getting Hulu live tv. In order for it to make sense for me I would need to be able to record all the eposes of a multi season show that is in syndication. Here are my 2 questions about that:
1) Will the episodes be organized in order of the serious or the order in which I recorded them?
2) Can I record the same episode of the show more then once so that it doesn't expire in 9 months?
