For about a month, I’ve been on HUEL Black Edition. I typically have 1 scoop of vanilla in a shaker. At noon, I’ll have a veggie for a snack. (Raw, no dressing.). For dinner, around 5:30, I’ll have a normal dinner. Grilled chicken, carrots. I’ll make a salad. But I keep everything I eat as clean as possible. Here’s what I mean by clean:
- Gluten Free
- No whites (flour, starch, etc..)
- No sugar
- Nothing other than water to drink
- No fried food
I workout for an hour a day, and I change between running, fast paced walking, HITT, and other regimens.
I’ve lost 35lbs in 6 months. I want to continue to progress. (Terrified about plateauing.) I’m starting to think about targeting the main areas that I want to gain definition and less on the ones I don’t want to lose “shape” on.
All of that to ask, what if I got rid of the dinner and had 1 scoop of HUEL instead. (2 scoops a day)
That would be for a total of 500 calories a day if I included my veggie.
What can I expect if I decided to go this route.. do any of you strictly use HUEL?
