I do Huel as a breakfast meal five days a week, and on gym days I add a banana, raspberries, or strawberries (or a combination) for a few extra calories and a little sugar to give me a quick boost to get going for my workout.
Downside is that I live in a small apartment with a couple roommates, and I'm up at 0330 to get ready and head out for the gym and I'm trying to avoid disturbing them with the blender at such an ungodly hour.
So, simple question: How well does a huel shake made with powder with fruit added hold up in the fridge?
