Ok guys advice needed.

With Samsung TV and Yamaha reciever should I have the HDMI arc on the TV connected to the receiver then the sync box connected to the receiver as well instead of the sync box directly to the tv? Right now I have the sync box directly to the TV and no hdmi to the receiver at all. It seems to work fine but when I use the firestick which is hooked up to port 2 on the sync box I am having issues with stuttering from any app that is 4k. The TV apps on 4k work fine.
