App ask for light 6 serial numbers but my bulb has 4 nĂºmeros and 2 letters??

I just bought a kit and a bunch of lights, the ones of the kit the app find them right away but not the rest, I am trying to add it via serial number but it ask for 6 numbers and the light has 4 numbers and 2 letters? What can I do? The app don't let me continue like this
