How to connect LED strip to new bridge if I can’t access it?

I have an interesting dilemma on my hands.
I moved into a house where the previous owners had a lot of hue strips built into rather inaccessible spaces. The worst is a strip literally inside of a marble bar that I cannot get to.
The old bridge went out and now I’m stuck not being able to turn off or control this light at all
I’ve tried Touchlink to no avail. I’m out of ideas. I thought about trying to scan for it on my phone to somehow find the serial but hit a dead end there.
Any thoughts?
