I've stopped taking most of my supplements because all they do is just put a hole in my pocket.
But more importantly, I've stopped worrying and having FOMO when someone talks about this supplement which you must have in order to feel good. And I've tried most of all the supplements talked about here with little effect.
I'm now only on creatine and magnesium which are both cheap and effective, and I haven't noticed anything different in my wellbeing except saving more money.
These supplement make billions every year selling these supplements to us people, and don't you think they won't run bots on Reddit talking about amazing this specific supplement is?
This is such a weird post. Why are you taking supplements without getting tested? I take supplements based on blood tests every 4 to 5 months from a functional doc. I know for a fact that my vitamin C levels and magnesium is fluctuates and My supplements are adjusted accordingly so I'm on a handful of pills based on my needs and what's going on with it. In periods of high stress and cortisol my hormone levels show depleted on the test so I adjust for precursors for those. We shouldn't be taking any pills or vitamins without understanding what's happening in our system overall.
