I took a big dip in testosterone early this year I believe. No I don’t have health insurance so I have not gotten any bloodwork which I know I know, I should.
Instead I experimented on myself.
My morning routine currently
Pelvic floor exercises and deep breathing
Garlic 12 raw eggs Zinc Magnesium Biotin D3 10,000 Dhea 25
I believe I really started seeing results immediately from the dhea. My theory is that because I get that cholesterol from the eggs and work hard every morning (carpet layer) it can help more of the dhea convert into testosterone.
I’m considering stopping dhea just to see if I go back to lethargic and unmotivated. I’m also concerned about hair loss cause I have pretty hair for a man and don’t want to loose that! lol
Any experience or advice on dhea? I know it’s a hormone most people wouldn’t recommend without bloodwork but I am getting to that age they say. What do you think?
