I’ve recently started a new supplement routine and am seeking some insights or similar experiences from this knowledgeable group. My current regimen includes taking Alpha GPC three to four times a week, along with daily doses of magnesium and zinc in the evenings. Additionally, I incorporate L-tyrosine into my routine once a week.
However, after my most recent intake of L-tyrosine, I experienced a severe headache, which was quite unexpected and concerning. The headache persisted overnight, and I woke up still feeling its effects. This has left me puzzled and a bit worried about the cause.
Could this be a reaction to the combination of supplements I’m taking, or perhaps a specific response to the L-tyrosine? Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms with this or a similar supplement regimen? Any insights or suggestions on how to manage or prevent these headaches would be greatly appreciated
