Hello. I'm looking for help regarding a screen recording issue. My phone was working perfectly. At some point suddenly screen recording stopped working properly. Screen recording works with microphone on. Meaning it's recording the sound around me and the screen. When I turn the microphone icon off it should be normally recorded the screen AND the system sound. Like if I'm watching a video at that moment it should record the screen, the sound of the video and not the sound around me. That feature stopped working. When I turn the mic icon off the screen is recorded normally but no sound at all. The video is muted.

I tried closing all apps and it didn't fix it. It's been like this for months.

Phone is p30 pro

Let me know what I can do to fix this.
