Hi guys,
I've had a Huawei P20 since November 2018 and for the last 3 or so weeks the phone hasn't been functioning as adequate as I'd expect.
I notice then when clearing apps, I only usually have around 1.2/1.6GB of RAM available, I've spoken to my mobile phone provider who don't really give me any details and when I spoke to Huawei they didn't answer my question either, is this amount of available RAM usual for this device?
Another issue is, apps such as Reddit, Twitter and Facebook will stay "stuck" and will either not load any new data at all until I close the app and restart it again, or, it will take 30 or so seconds for the app to update, an example is with Twitter, I can open the app, try to load new Tweets and nothing will happen for a while. This happens on both WiFi and 4G.
One other issue is with the battery, which I appreciate can be difficult to diagnose because of heavy usage, however, I can have it fully charged and be on 60% within a couple of hours, even if I'm just on social media etc. Surely it shouldn't drain this fast, unless I am using it more than it what the phone is capable of handling, though I imagine not.
Any help or advice would be great.
