Has anybody in this subreddit read the Georgina Kincaide series by Richelle Mead? Francesca always makes me think of it! I’m starting to think maybe Richelle Mead was using Dante’s Inferno as inspiration and that’s why there are so many similarities. Or I’m reading too much into it haha

For those who will never read it or those that already know how it ends…

The FMC is from Ancient Greece, she cheated on her husband and sold her soul to an imp so her husband and everyone she ever met would forget her. She ends up working for hell and becomes a succubus. Fast forward to modern time where she meets a man and falls in love but it is a hard relationship because they cannot be physically intimate without her stealing a part of his soul and shortening his lifespan. Fast forward to the final book where you find out the man is a reincarnation of her original husband. He never got over not having her love even though he didn’t know she existed. He became an old man and sold his soul to get x amount of lifetimes to meet this love he knows is out there and make the relationship work. And they have met and failed over and over. Her current boyfriend is the last reincarnation and the last chance for them to be together.

I told a friend about this song and they asked me about a relationship I’m in that has some complications. They asked me if I would do it again knowing my heart would break. Absolutely I would, even knowing all the ups and down. This song and book series may make me cry a lot haha
