Could anyone point me to resources

So I was scrolling through github, looking for a interesting library to play around with and I found this one https://github.com/Z4nzu/hackingtool . I want to learn and master the tools but honestly I'm a novice at hacking and I don't know what most of the tools mean.
Is there like a comprehensive tutorial or documentation that I could help me understand what each tool does and how/when to use it.
