Method 2 (if method 1 doesn't work - usually best for Age 40+)
Post Body

Unfortunately, this is the only other method I have that I know for sure works. It actually involves a 2 part method. Basically, one or the other will usually work. I have a few friends who have gotten each of these treatments independently, as well as some other redditors. I can confirm they work, but first, what to look for?

If you made it to the end of my last post and have been taking the supplements and doing NEO training for at least a month, it's worth trying this. Continue to take the supplements and do NEO, just in case though.

First things first, visit your doc and ask for Full Blood Panel Test. This only costed me $70 in my area without insurance. I'm sure you can find one for around that price.

The main thing you're looking for here is your Testosterone Levels, and your Plaque Levels.

In general, Low Testosterone will result in ED. We're talking lower than 300 usually. But I was on the low end of "normal" (345ish), and my ED was not Testosterone related. The solution here is to visit a mens clinic and get on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). It's not ideal for men who are under like age 35, so tread lightly. You don't wanna lose all your hair early if you don't have to, and then have it turn out that your ED wasn't even related to your Testosterone Levels. Many clinics are cashing in and giving it away like candy, just to make a buck. I have no issue with TRT, I just don't want people to think they have to get on it, if they really don't.

I forgot the adequate number for acceptable plaque levels in your body off the top of my head, but just ask your doctor what's normal. If the doc says you're on the higher end, that's bad news. But also good news, because it usually means that is likely causing your ED.

I think there's a surgical treatment they can do for veins, but for your penis health, it is generally recommended to invest in P-Wave Therapy. This is a special instrument that uses sonic vibrations to essentially decalcify the plaque in your penis veins so blood can reach them fully. Once you do this, it allows blood to go further into your penis, and your erections are restored. Many men report having to go in for at least 2 sessions.

Do your research here. Most P-Wave Therapy places popping up are also just trying to make a quick buck, so although they may offer a 'free consultation' ...they're also going to try to hardcore sell you on paying them. It usually ranges from $800-$3000 but I've even seen prices as high as $5,000. So just make sure you sus out the doctor and ensure your plaque levels are actually high before you spend money on something that they wont even offer a guarantee on. You heard that right, this treatment works for many, but there is no guarantee. I'm willing to bet there are more men who it hasn't worked for, than it has.

That's really about it for Method #2. Obv, if you're going to see the doc, see what other tests they can do to check for ED. But these are 2 common solutions.

Good luck
